CONSUMER LOAN The loan proceeds are intended for member's personal expenses such as vacation expenses, debt consolidation, home improvements and other personal needs. SHORT TERM LOAN This is intended to finance working captital requirements of members engaged in seasonal businesses. AGRICULTURAL LOAN This is intended to finance start-up and/ or additional working capital for agricultural purposes. TULONG KABUHAYAN LOAN This is a special loan package intended as a start-up and/or revolving captial for livelihood projects. MICRO-BUSINESS LOAN These loans are intended to finance the start-up working capital requirrements and/or additional capital of members engaged in micro-business such as variety store, carwash, beauty parlor, pastries, meat processing and selling, and others with a capital requirement not exceeding P100,000.00. INSTANT CASH LOAN This loan can be availed by a member-borrower for relief of small financial needs, provided, however, that he is not delinquent in repayment of his previous or current loan. EMPLOYEE'S ASSISTANCE LOAN This loan package is intended for regular employees of government or private corporations whose office address is located within SMTCDC's area of operation. Payment of loan is made by salary deduction through member's employer. KAAGAPAY LOAN This loan may be availed by the member during difficult financial situations. PAARALON LOAN This loan is intended to finance the educational expenses of a member in good standing or those of his immediate relatives such as his children, spouse and siblings. PENSIONER'S WORRY FREE LOAN This may be availed by senior members of SMTCDC who are receiving monthly pension from the cooperative. HOME IMPROVEMENT LOAN This loan shall be used for minor residential house repair and improvements or related purposes only. PRE-OWNED VEHICLE FINANCING This loan proceeds is intended for purchase of second hand or small type vehicle. HOME NEEDS FINANCING This loan is intended to finance the purchase of brandnew household items such as furniture, appliances and household equipments. COMPACK LOAN This loan is intended to finance purchase of computer units and accessories, either desktop or laptop depending on member's needs. CELLPHONE FINANCING This loan is intended to finance the purchase of brandnew cell phone unit.
